HidroClean Training Services

Constant training and updating is essential to the implementation of strategies used for the successful control and management of environmental emergencies. HidroClean offers all its clients specialized training courses and programs to combat various environmental emergency situations.

All programs are elaborated based on international standards of quality and procedures established by the following entities: 

  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA);
  • National Fire Protection Association (NFPA);
  • International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (United Nations and ABIQUIM - Brazilian Chemical Industry Association).

In Company Courses

Besides the courses delivered at HidroClean's homologated centers, training can be conducted at your company's facility. HidroClean's In Company Courses are very flexible and designed to meet a wide range of demands. The training is based on the company's risk map and its available resources.

Available Courses



Chemical Emergency Response

A theoretical and practical course meant to prepare employees for emergency situations involving chemical, radioactive and other hazardous substances. Its contents include storing, handling, characteristics of with spills and chemical incompatibility.

 

Hazard Communication Exercise

This exercise has three different levels of difficulty and its goal is to measure the efficiency of the company's communication at contingency events. Upon successful completion of the exercise, the team will be aware of their responsibilities while proceedings at emergencies.

 

Maritime Oil Spill Response

Hidroclean offers oil spill response training that combines theoretical and practical exercises. This course can also be carried out at the clients' facilities, tailored accordingly to each company's demands and available resources.

 

Table Top Emergency Response Exercise

This exercise is based on theoretical and practical simulations of emergency events as defined in APR/APP (Preliminary Risk Analysis) and HazOp (Hazard and Operability). It includes the use of softwares and detailed study cases in three dimensions (3D) to provide realistic and detailed emergency response scenarios.
